Bush's Unconscionable Deal for an "October Surprise" 

Here's the surprise that should surprise no one: looks like George W. Bush has made a deal to more or less IGNORE Pakistan's role as Nuclear Dealer to the 'Rogue States' of the World IN EXCHANGE for permission to launch a search for Osama bin Laden in Pakistan. As one former intelligence official told the New Yorker's Seymour Hersh, "It's a quid pro quo."
